REFUND POLICY

The deposit is not refundable. Please ensure you are ready to get tattooed before buying a deposit.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLING POLICY

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 2 times with a 48h notice. If an appointment is rescheduled outside of the designated time frame leading to a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.

If you are unhappy with the design, a re-design until satisfaction is reached is the usual process. Cancellation will not be refunded.

Please make sure you can get tattooed in CALGARY.
